Positives

• In general iteration was pretty successful, all the stories were finished.
  
• Now we know how SAPE works and can test it on PREPROD
  
• QA did a great job this iteration, very high productivity

Negatives

• A lot of tasks were reopened.
  Action Point1: If there are minor bugs, then the task is not getting reopened, but QAs continue working on it. If major bug is found or QA finished the whole story (julik).
  Action Point2: We’re going to create a checklist (julik, ctapobep)
  
• There are no component tests (Anuar). No action points so far.
  
• No other people are working on functional tests: Ilya and Artyom started looking at them

Самые большие изменения, которые мы приняли - если был найден совсем минорный баг, то QA продолжают тестировать пока не найдут что-то более серьезное либо пока все не протестируют. Разрботчики не берутся что-либо исправлять пока задача не переоткрыта.
